Quite Frankly: A Howard Stern Podcast ep. #44 "Thank You, Simone...."
Monday Nov 09, 2020
Monday Nov 09, 2020
Welcome back folks! Our first proper episode of November is a breakdown Raven and I did involving Wiggy's fracas with Robin aka "Defender of the Dinnersteins" and yet another cringeworthy two-bit therapy interview with Matthew McConnaghey. Thanks to Raven as always for her copious notes and due diligence!

At 1:46 - Stern talking about how he loves to fu6k his wife made me uncomfortable. It sounded so forced.

At 1:42 MM flips the script and turns the question back in Stern - when you negotiate - asking questions is how you control a conversation. MM knows that - and points it back in Stern. I’d like to see Stern’s eye twitching to and fro during that part.

When you do these “walkthrough”, if Stern goes into Therapist-mode, he’s reflecting someone who’s been to therapy for 20 years, 3+ times a week. It’s interesting to listen and think where Stern, himself must have more deeply explored his own issues.
