When it comes to the topic about diaries..1:06 or so, there is something very interesting. Stern says ”disgusting thoughts” this is a Sarno exercise in which you write letters to people and say all things you want to say but don’t. Then you discard the letter by shredding burning it etc. I’m sure he has done this before, what I wouldn’t give to read those. If what is said on air isn’t foul enough imagine what his unfiltered rage is like.
